I am a Music and Education Minister in Sweetwater, TX. I love working with the worship choir, especially when we are preparing for larger programs in and around the community. My wife, Shayla, and I have a common love for music and ministry. We were married in August of 2008 and have made our home in Sweetwater. She is a constant support to me and our church family.
Music is such a wonderful tool to use in worship. We are constantly surrounded by music when we travel, commute, entertain, release stress, calm crying babies, etc. It is natural for music to play a large part in the lives of many. For me personally, it is a great joy to use this “instrument” of music to worship our most generous God. If my God-given gift is music, I will serve him through song.
In the same way I love people and the relationships I have. I only hope that God uses my life to show His love not only through music, but in the way I relate to others, no matter where he leads.
